Summer vacations have ended and cooler temperatures will soon return. Now is the perfect time to add some new additions to the garden, the anticipated fall rain will soak the roots, and mild weather will allow the plants to become established before the cold frost to come.
Hydrangeas add a blast of color during the late summer right on throughout the autumn. They can grow in sun or shade depending on the variety. The flowers make excellent cut flowers for bringing your garden indoors.
We have recently restocked our Hydrangea inventory. This week, we received several 20 gallon Hydrangea ‘Limelight’ for a client, “WOW” does not adequately describe how large these plants are. See Jerry being enveloped by them below! We have three additional specimens available for sale in the nursery, call the office for details. 610-847-1300.
Hydrangea paniculata varieties: Lime Light, Little Lime, Little Quick Fire, Fire Light, Bobo, and Mega Mindy,
Hydrangea macrophylla varieties include: Pia, Nicko Blue, Cityline Pro and Endless Summer.
See Gallery of images below and stop in to Linden Hill this week Wednesday through Sunday 10am till 4pm to select an addition for your late summer garden. Remember to water daily through the season, soaking the roots well each time.
